When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, telephone number if you choose to provide it, message and page language. The IP address is also processed temporarily to limit automated submissions and protect the form. The site does not create a database of enquiries.

We use the data to answer your enquiry, provide requested information and, where appropriate, take steps before entering into a professional relationship. The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form and, where an enquiry concerns a potential commission or service, pre-contractual measures taken at your request. We do not use these details for advertising or newsletters without separate consent.

Messages are retained in email for as long as necessary to respond to and manage the enquiry. They may then be kept in a restricted form for applicable legal limitation periods. Technical data used to prevent abuse is held temporarily for approximately ten minutes at most in the instance processing the submission.

We do not sell or transfer your data. Technology providers strictly needed to host and protect the site and deliver email may access it on the controller's behalf and subject to applicable safeguards. Loading Google Fonts may disclose technical data such as your IP address to Google; its own privacy terms apply.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and may withdraw consent, by writing to info@hoidek.es and identifying your request. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply reasonable safeguards to protect information. The form is not intended for children under 14; if you are under that age, do not submit data without your legal representative's permission. Links to Vimeo, Instagram and other services lead to external platforms governed by their own policies.
